Andy Chapman

Andy Chapman has been in the tourism business promoting Lake Tahoe for over 19 years for both private and public entities, as well as for both the client and agency side of the business. Andy is currently serving as the Director of Tourism for the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association (NLTRA), a 501(c)(4) non-profit corporation that promotes tourism and benefits business through efforts that enhance the economic, environmental, recreational and cultural climate of the area. In this role, Andy directs the efforts of six departments - Advertising, Conferences Sales, Special Events, Leisure Sales, Public Relations and Visitor Information Services. Andy is also one of three senior managers in the organization overseeing the day to day operation of this agency and its $5 million dollar annual budget. Andy is the current chair of the CTTC Rural Tourism Advisory Council and sits on the CTTC Advertising and International committees.

Andy and his wife Tracy have three children, and as avid outdoors enthusiasts can be found on any give day enjoying the regionss many recreational opportunities.
