Ralf Garrison has made his career in the travel industry and in particularly the destination mountain resort business which is his passion, vocation, and the foundation for many of his avocations as well.

Never shy about serving as an advocate for the industry, Garrison is a frequent presenter on subjects related to destination mountain travel, and his perspective and knowledge base are unique.

Ralf's businesses are offshoots of The Advisory Group Inc, a Denver based, strategic marketing planning think tank, and marketing services company, focused on the North American destination mountain travel industry, and whose client list includes many of the destination mountain resorts in North America. Ralf is probably best known through his association with the following:

• Mountain Travel Symposium- As owner/operator of the Mountain Travel Symposium, the world's largest mountain travel-trade show, Ralf plans and moderates the annual Forum, whose objective is to address the challenges and opportunities that face our industry and its tourism dependent businesses.
• MTRIP- As founder and senior analyst for MTRiP, the Mountain Travel Research Program (MTRiP), Garrison's team provides comprehensive market intelligence for the mountain travel industry. This syndicated subscription-based service, includes News, Key Economic Indicators and features a unique advanced reservation forecasting and competitive benchmarking tool now being used by several hundred tourism dependent businesses.
• Central Reservations Association- As the Executive Director of the Central Reservations Association, Ralf helps and implement the organizations education, research and best practices initiatives for the destination-direct distribution channel and those who operate phone and web based information and reservation services.
